Seth Rosenbloom EP, & Keep on Turning Album Review 02-21-2022

Ok, Alright, I’m a day late in reporting, so sue me! By Golly! It’s now finally Blues Album of the Week time. This week we have yet another treat for you, I discovered this cat whilst perusing that glorious guitar lesson site, Truefire, so without further rambling, we present Mr Seth Rosenbloom! Seth’s style has been described as “a slightly younger and rawer Matt Schofield” and we all know how much I like Matt. An added bonus this week is I am giving you two albums for the price of one. The first is his debut self titled album “Seth Rosenbloom”, a five song EP released in September 2017. Second is his “Keep on Turning”, a full length album released in January 2019. Smooth clear vocals, great guitar tone (always a must). “Gambler’s Blues” is a fine example of this. Other highlights include “Keep on Turning”, the classic “Look Over Yonder’s Wall”, “Broke and Lonely”, and Freddie King’s wonderful “Palace of the King”. Here’s another you might not have heard of, so please go check Seth out!
