Philip Sayce Scorched Earth Live Vol One Album Review 04-26-2022

Yeah, Yeah, I know I’m late this week, sorry, a lot of life going on, but I digress. In the meantime it’s Blues Album of the Week time. This week in honor of the Dallas International Guitar this weekend, we give you one Philip Sayce’s Scorched Earth Live! Get a firm grip on your beverage of choice, or your steering wheel cause this is going to be a raucous blues-rock ride for sure. We fire it all off with “Steamroller”, one notices right of the bat, with absolute glee I might add, that Philip’s stratocaster sounds like a Strat, wonderful, no humbuckers here! Other highlights include “Blues Ain’t Nothing but a Good Woman on Your Mind”, “Beautiful”, “Alchemy”. Great tone, vocals, song writing, good stuff all the way around with Scorched Earth Live Vol One. If you need something to do this weekend,

April 29-May 1, Philip is playing the Guitar Show Saturday at 6:30. Keep a lookout for yours truly when you are there.
